And when it’s time for your boiler to go to that big old boiler yard in the sky I’ll arrange the best possible price for its replacement. I’ll also put you in touch with a reliable and cost effective fitter for the installation.

Do you currently have an annual boiler service? When was the last time ANYONE looked at your boiler? A boiler service costs less than you think and can extend the life of your system by years. I don’t do contracts – I’d rather you saved your money – but I do recommend regular servicing. Just call with your system details and I’ll give you a competitive price.
Landlord Checks
If you’re looking to rent out a property then the responsibility for the property’s heating system lies with you. To avoid any possible problems later on I’ll survey the system in full and make recommendations and repairs where necessary to safeguard both you and your tenant. Of course you’ll have a written report to keep on file.
